Can't login, forgot username or password.
If you are having trouble logging in because of one of the following:
1. Forgot your password
2. Forgot your username
3. Forgot both username and password
You can recover and reset your login information by following the steps below.
If you know the email address of your account:
1. Click on "Forgot Password" located below the "Login" button on the login page.
2. Type in the email address which you gave us for registration and click "Submit".
3. An email will be sent to your email address with a new auto generated password.
4. Please do not forget to reset your password.
If you don't have an email address OR don't remember your username:
1. Click on "Trouble Signing In?" located below the "Login".
2. Enter admission number.
3. Enter the date of birth.
4. Click "Submit".
5. Your username will be displayed on the screen. Be sure to write it down in a place where you won't forget it.
6. Click "Forgot Password".
7. Enter your username to reset the password, new password will be sent to your email.
